Great news, all Multiply members now only need to swipe their Pick n Pay Smart Shopper cards at all Pick n Pay stores to get cashbacks. Members no longer need to swipe their red Multiply membership cards.
That's right! Your Pick n Pay Smart Shopper card is now linked to your Multiply profile once activated and all cashbacks from your purchases will be allocated to your profile within 7 working days, from the date of purchase.
Multiply members who have lost their linked Pick n Pay Smart Shopper card should collect a new card at any Pick n Pay store and then contact the Pick n Pay Customer Care line on 0860 30 30 30 or email smartshoppergeneral@pnp.co.za. Multiply does not need to be informed of the new Smart Shopper number.
